this what I mean -_-

yesterday I browsed about IRIS. actually IRIS which I mean was IRIS a korean film haha but I found this one. an extraordinary IRIS. yes a media canvas with monochrome LCD display halftone and circular patterns whose display can emulate it’s viewers. Created by Korean collective HYBE
The Da Vinci Ideas Exhibition was intrigued by this piece.  Through the phased opening and closing of circular black liquid crystal, IRIS can create various patterns and control the amount (size) of passing lights. IRIS is an interactive medium for visual simplicity which uses the passage of ambient light, not emission of light itself. The installation below consists of 400 LCDs (20×20), 20 Custom-designed Arduino compatible controllers and Processing and Kinect used for both autoactive & interactive content play. brilliant
